We use what you send only to answer you. This form is on our website, not in the app, and is handled by Netlify, our website host.

Common questions

How do I delete my data?

In the app, go to Profile → Delete Account & Data. Deleting a loved one's profile deletes that profile, its conversations and its cloned voice. The Privacy Policy sets out what is held and where.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases ourselves.

Someone made a voice of my relative without permission

Write to us with enough detail to identify the voice and your relationship to the person who died. You do not need to be a Recall user. See the Voice & Biometric Notice.
